Nutritious, delicious and balanced meals are prepared from the very best seasonal ingredients, which are in abundance around here. There are more than one thousand edible herbs growing in the area. Local farmers produce healthy fruits and vegetables from local, non-GMO seeds that have been preserved for centuries. Cattle and sheep graze on high-mountain pastures, providing us with quality meat and dairy products. In the morning, you can walk to a nearby farm and choose some fresh eggs for your breakfast yourself.
Due to our one-of-a-kind approach, lunch and dinner is available to non-guests only by prior arrangement. Lunch is served daily between 12:00 and 15:00, and dinner is served between 18:00 and 21:30.
