• Slovenian Indigenous Grape Varieties
Get to know the world of Slovenia’s one-of-a-kind wine stories, where every single drop of wine carries a trace of tradition, nature and time. During this workshop, you will learn about indigenous grape varieties such as klarnica, zelen, pinela (Pinello), ranfol, ranina (Bouvier), žametna črnina, pokalca, modra frankinja (Blaufränkisch) – the treasures growing nowhere else but in Slovenian vineyards.

At this workshop, you will learn about the specificities of production during which white grapes are fermented together with the grape skins, giving the wine its amber colour, rich texture and tannic structure.
